Guardian Holdings Limited - Notice of Annual General Meeting and Record Date for Dividend Payment

The Director have fixed 9^th May, 2019 as the date of the Annual Meeting for 2019, which will be held at 4.30pm at the Guardian Corporate Centre, 1 Guardian Drive, Westmoorings. Formal notice of meeting will be sent to shareholders on the Register of Members of Member as at 18^th March, 2019, which has been fixed as the Record Date for the issue of this Notice of Meeting.

RECORD DATE FOR PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND

Based upon the Financial Results for the year ended 31st Dececember, 2018, the Director have decided to pay a Final Dividend of forty-eight (48) cents per share to shareholders on the Register of Members as at 18th March, 2019 which has been fixed as the Record Date for this payment.

Cheques for this dividend will be mailed out on the 1st April, 2019.
