A Senior Officer purchased 58,315 NCBFG shares;

A Senior Officer purchased 73,369 NCBFG shares;

A Connected Party purchased 69,978 NCBFG shares;

A Connected Party purchased 29,679 NCBFG shares; and

A Connected Party purchased 23,951 NCBFG shares
