Agostini’s Limited – Notice to Shareholders

The following Notice to Shareholders was received from Agostini’s Limited:

In accordance with Section 66(3) of the Securities Industry Act 1995, please be advised that pursuant to the Business Combination agreement, approved by shareholders at a special general meeting on May 12, 2010, Agostini’s Limited issued to Victor E. Mouttet Limited, 29,526,008 ordinary shares on August 11, 2010. This represents approximately 50.4% of the issued share capital of Agostini’s Limited. The total issued share capital of Agostini’s Limited is now 58,583,349 after said share issue.
