Agostini’s Limited – Notice to Shareholders

The following Notice to Shareholders was received from Agostini’s Limited:

At our Special General Meeting held on Wednesday 12th May 2010, 61% of the shareholders resent, and those voting by proxy, voted in favour of our acquisition of Smith Robertson and Company Limited and SuperPharm Limited. The resolution was therefore approved and we will now be finalizing the documentation to complete the amalgamation of these companies into the Agostini’s Limited group. The completion of the amalgamation and the issue of the new shares to Victor E. Mouttet Limited should take place within the next month.
