Berger Paints Trinidad Limited – Change in Directors

Berger Paints Trinidad Limited has advised the Exchange that at a meeting held on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 a resolution was passed effecting the acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Parthasarathy Sridhar, Director. This took immediate effect.

At the said Board of Directors Meeting held on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, Mrs. Omawatie Birbal, a National of Trinidad & Tobago was appointed to fill a casual vacancy on the Board of Directors. The appointment took immediate effect.
