Material Change Notice

Pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012, POINT LISAS INDUSTRIAL PORT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED (“the Corporation”) hereby advises of the following change in Senior Officer:

With effect from May 25, 2026, Mr. Ricky Maharaj has been appointed Chief Financial Officer / Vice President, Business Services of the Corporation.

The Corporation further advises that Ms. Deera Goorahoo-Ramdeo, who formerly acted in the position, ceased acting in the role with effect from May 25, 2026.

The Board of Directors and Management of PLIPDECO extend sincere appreciation to Ms. Goorahoo-Ramdeo for her service during the acting period and welcome Mr. Ricky Maharajto the PLIPDECO team.
