NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Declaration of Dividend

Based on the financial results for the second quarter ended March 31, 2026, the Directors have declared an interim dividend of 3.54 cents per share upon the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of the Company payable on June 26, 2026, to the Shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on May 29, 2026.

Pursuant to Section 110(1) of the Trinidad and Tobago Companies Act, Ch. 81:01 the Directors have fixed May 29, 2026, as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to receive payment of such dividend.
