Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice of Change to Executive Management

NOTICE
CHANGE TO EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Trinidad Cement Limited ("TCL'' or "the Company") advises that Mr. Gonzalo Rueda Castillo, General Manager, TCL (with responsibility for operations in Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, and Guyana), has decided to leave the Company effective June 1, 2026.

From June 1, 2026, Mr. Francisco Aguilera Mendoza, Managing Director, will assume oversight of the General Manager's portfolio. In the interim, Mr. Rueda Castillo is facilitating the handover.

TCL thanks Mr. Rueda Castillo for his service and contributions and wish him well in his future endeavours.
