NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Dividend Announcement

At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on 21st April 2026, a Final Dividend of $0.21 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 was approved. This brings the total dividend per ordinary share paid for 2025 to $0.41.

This dividend is payable on 21st May 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 4th May 2026.

Record Date and Closing of Register

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Companies Act (Chap. 81:01) the Directors have fixed 4th May 2026 as the Record Date for payment of the Final Dividend.

The Transfer Book and Register of Members will be closed on 5th and 6th May 2026 for processing of transfers to facilitate payment of this Dividend.
