NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited (the Company) hereby advises that Mr. Nicholas Kepper retired from the Board of Directors with effect from 21st April 2026.

The Board thanks Mr. Kepper for his valued service and contribution to the Company during his tenure as a director.

Shareholders are further advised that, at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on 21st April 2026, Mr. Andrey Komilov was elected as a director of the Company with effect from the same date.

Mr. Kornilov has over twenty years’   finance experience within the British American Tobacco (BAT) Group, having held several senior roles across multiple regions. He currently serves as Area Head of Finance for Latin America and the Caribbean within the BAT Group.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section ,64 (1) (b) of the Securities Act, 2012.
