Notice of Material Change

Mr. Dino Besomi Zubieta, Chief Strategy Officer, has resigned from his position with effect from April 17, 2026.

Dino will be departing the Company to return to his hometown in Chile. During his time with the Company, Dino made a significant contribution to our growth and strategic direction. He was instrumental in driving several pivotal initiatives and was actively involved in the Company's rebrand.

The Chairman and the Board of Directors extend their sincere thanks to Dino for his dedication and valuable contributions to the Company and wish him every success in his future endeavours.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64 (1) (b) of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Act, 2012.
