The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited - Notice of Interim Dividend Payment

The Directors have approved the payment of a Second Interim Dividend of One Dollar and Sixteen Cents ($1.16) per ordinary share payable on 21 August 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 02 August 2019.07.23

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Companies Act (Chap. 81:01) the Directors have fixed 02 August 2019 as the Record Date for payment of the Second Interim Dividend.

The Transfer Book and Register of Members will be closed on 05 and 06 August 2019 for processing of transfers to facilitate payment of the Dividend.
