First Citizens Bank Limited - Notice of Final Dividend Payment

Based on the financial results for the year ended September 30, 2018 the Directors have declared a final dividend of TT $0.48 per ordinary share payable on January 30, 2019 to shareholders on the Register of Members as at January 11, 2019.

In accordance with section 110 of the Companies Act, Chapter 81:01 of the revised laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Directors have fixed January 11, 2019 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders who are entitled to receive payment of this final dividend.

CLOSING DATE OF REGISTER FOR FINAL DIVIDEND
The Register of Members will be closed on January 11, 2019.
