The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited - Notice of Special Meeting

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from WCO advising that a Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday October 30th, 2018 at the Jade Conference Room, Hyatt Regency Trinidad, No. 1 Wrightson Road, Port of Spain at 10:30 a.m.

The Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held to consider and approve inter alia a share spilt. The proposed share split will provide for each ordinary share of the Company held by Shareholders to be converted into three (3) ordinary shares.
