The ANSA McAL Group of Companies is always searching for strategic investments to support its growth objectives. We are aware of the publication made in the Trinidad Express on Sunday 10th June 2018 which refers to an offer being made to purchase Trinidad Aggregate Products Limited (“TAP”) and can confirm that ANSA McAL and TAP are in discussions about a potential business arrangement. However, we are unable, due to contractual obligations, to provide any further clarification on this matter at this time.
