Bourse Brazil Latin Fund - Suspension of Trading

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) has been advised by the Trustees of BBLF, that in accordance with its Declaration of Trust (Trust Deed) and Prospectus (section entitled “Conversion from Close-end to an Open-end Fund”) dated 10th day of April 2013, it is scheduled for conversion from a closed-end mutual fund to an open-end mutual fund on its 5th anniversary of the Closing Date i.e. 29th May, 2018.

In light of this, trading in BBLF will be suspended as at end of day on Monday 28th May 2018.
