GraceKennedy Limited - Grant of Stock Options to Senior Officers

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from GKC advising that pursuant to the terms of the GraceKennedy ”2009 Stock Option Plan for Directors, Managers and Employees” approved by the Stockholders of the Company at an Annual General Meeting held on May 27, 2009 and as part of the Long Term Incentive Scheme for the employees of the Company the following Stock Options were approved the Board of Directors on May 10th, 2018 for thirty (30) senior management officers.

Total Stock Options: 1,759,004 stock units
Effective Date of Grant: May 10th 2018
Percentage of Issued Shares (in aggregate): Less than 0.177%
