Hearing into lapsed bid to take over GHL

A TEAM from NCBFG, including CEO Patrick Hylton and group general counsel and corporate secretary Dave Garcia were present at the T&T Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEQ's hearing yesterday into the lapsed takeover bid by the company to acquire a majority stake in the publicly traded Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL).

Hylton declined to comment on the takeover bid saying he was under a "gag' order.
