First Citizens Bank Limited - Notice of Record Date for Annual Meeting

In accordance with paragraph 13.1 By-Law No. 1 of First Citizens Bank Limited (the company), the Directors of the Company have fixed February 23, 2018 as the date of the Twenty-First Annual Meeting which will be held at 10.00am at the Grand Ballroom, Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre, 1B Lady Young Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad.

Formal Notice of the meeting will be sent to shareholders on the Register of Members as at January 30, 2018 which has been fixed as the Record Date for the issue of this Notice of Meeting.

CLOSING OF REGISTER

The Register of Members will therefore be closed on January 30, 2018.
