JMMB - Appointment of Directors

Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited (JMMB) has informed the Stock Exchange that further to the acquisition of over 90% of the Capital and Credit Financial Group, JMMB has appointed the following persons to the Boards of both Capital & Credit Securities Limited and Capital & Credit Fund Managers Limited:

Noel Lyon, PhD. - Chairman
Archibald Campbell - Director
Keith Duncan - Director
Patricia Sutherland - Director

The above mentioned appointments are effective July 10, 2012 and are subject to regulatory approvals.
