OCM - Acquisition by Subsidiary

One Caribbean Media limited (OCM) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary One Caribbean Distribution Limited has entered into an Agreement to acquire a small distribution company with effect from August 1, 2012.

This acquisition represents less than 3 per cent of OCM's net book value.
