SBTT - Change of Directors

Scotiabank Trinidad & Tobago Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that on February 24, 2012, Mr. Daniel Fitzwilliam’s term of office as a Director of Scotiabank Trinidad & Tobago Limited and Scotiatrust and Merchant Bank Trinidad & Tobago Limited expired. Mr. Fitzwilliam decided not to offer himself for re-election. As such, with effect from February 24, 2012, Mr. Fitzwilliam is no longer a Director of the above companies.

Furthermore, on February 24, 2012, Mrs. Wendy-Fae Thompson was appointed a Director of Scotiabank Trinidad & Tobago Limited.
