Appointment of Chief Internal Auditor

The First Citizens Group is pleased to advise of the appointment of Ms. Sharda Nanan to the position of Chief Internal Auditor effective September 21, 2026.

Ms. Nanan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Forensic Public Accountant (FCPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She has over twenty (20) years' experience in audit, including twelve (12) years in senior management roles.

The Group welcomes Ms. Nanan to its Senior Management team.
