NOTICE
NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 64(1)(b) OF THE SECURITIES ACT 2012

Republic Financial Holdings Limited (“RFHL”) advises of the following material changes, subject to regulatory approval:

1. Robert Soverall retires as Managing Director of Republic Life Insurance Company Limited, effective September 30, 2026.

2. Karen Tom Yew-Jardine has been appointed to succeed Robert Soverall as Managing Director of Republic Life Insurance Company Limited, effective October 1, 2026.

3. Janelle Bernard has been appointed Chief Risk Officer of RFHL succeeding Karen Tom Yew-Jardine, effective October 1, 2026.

Republic Bank Limited advises of the following material changes to its General Managers effective October 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approval:

1. Karen Tom Yew-Jardine has been appointed General Manager, Creditor Protection of Republic Bank Limited.

2. Janelle Bernard has been appointed General Manager, Group Enterprise Risk, succeeding Karen Tom Yew-Jardine.
