Notice of Material Change

The Chairman and Board of Directors of Agostini Limited would like to advise that Dr. Wayne Frederick will step down as a director with effect from June 1, 2026, due to increased commitments in the United States. Dr. Frederick's sound judgment and board contributions were meaningful and highly valued.

The Chairman and Board extend sincere thanks to Dr. Frederick for the support and guidance received throughout his tenure.
