Board Appointment - Mr. Patrick Solomon

Guardian Holdings Limited ("GHL") wishes to advise that at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2026, Mr. Patrick Solomon was elected as a Director of the Company. Mr. Solomon brings to GHL over 30 years of extensive experience in Financial Supervision, Compliance and Risk Management within both the regulatory and corporate environments. His wealth of experience and leadership will serve as a strong asset to the company.
