NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fifty-Ninth (59th) Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited ("the Corporation") will be held on Friday 17 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at a venue to be confirmed, for the following purposes:

ORDINARY BUSINESS

1. To receive and consider the Report of the Directors and the Group's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, together with the Report of the Auditors thereon, and to note the final dividend.
2. To elect Directors.
3. To appoint Auditors of the Corporation and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration and expenses for the ensuing year.
4. Any other business.

FURTHER NOTICE: Shareholders are advised that the venue of the Meeting will be confirmed and communicated by supplemental notice in accordance with the Corporation's Articles of Incorporation and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

NOTES

1. A Shareholder may appoint a proxy of his/her own choice. If such an appointment is made, delete the words "the Chairman of the Meeting" and insert the name and address of the person appointed proxy in the space provided.
2. If the appointer is a corporation, this Proxy Form must be under Common Seal or under the hand of an officer or attorney duly authorised in that behalf.
3. A Shareholder who is a body corporate may, in lieu of appointing a proxy, authorize an individual by resolution of its directors or governing body to represent it at this Annual Meeting.
4. To be valid, the Proxy Form must be completed and deposited at the Registered Office of the Company at the address below not less than forty-eight (48) hours before the time fixed for holding the Annual Meeting or adjourned Meeting.
