GraceKennedy Limited - Notice of Interim Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 26th September 2019 of 40 cents per stock unit or a total of approximately $397 Million to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 6 th September 2019. The Company's Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 6 th September 2019 to 13th September 2019.

This was approved by the Company's Board of Directors on 31st July 2019.
