Guardian Holdings Limited - Announcement of the divestment of Guardian Holdings Limited shares by substantial shareholders

Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) hereby advises of the divestment of shares by the following Substantial Shareholders of GHL on May 13, 2019, following the closing of NCB Global Holdings Limited’s (NCBGHL’s) take-over bid on May 3, 2109:

• Mr. Arthur Lok Jack, through his nominees, disposed of 15,983,496 shares in GHL. Subsequently, his total shareholding is 9,418,430 shares equivalent to 4.06% shareholding in GHL.
• Tenetic Limited has, through itself and its nominees, disposes of 26,257,702 shares in GHL. Subsequently, its total shareholding is 15,472,611 shares equivalent to 6.67% shareholding in GHL.
• Lofty Trees Limited has, through itself and its nominees, disposes of 16,615,000 shares in GHL. Subsequently, its total shareholding is 9,790,554 shares equivalent to 4.22% shareholding in GHL.
• Universal Investment Limited has, through itself and its nominees, disposes of 15,866,705 shares in GHL. Subsequently, its total shareholding is 9,349,614 shares equivalent to 4.03% shareholding in GHL.
