The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from NCBFG advising of the following transactions over the Jamaica Stock Exchange:

•   A Connected Party sold 1,113,346 NCBFG shares on February 21st, 2019;
•   A Connected Party sold 5,112,014 NCBFG shares on February 21st, 2019; and
•   A Director sold 894,640 NCBFG shares on February 21st, 2019.
