Republic Financial Holdings Limited advises that at its Annual General Meeting, held on 17^th December, 2018, Mr. Waltnel Sosa and Mrs. Michal Andrews were elected to the Board of Director, effective 17^th December, 2018. We further advise that the election is subject to regulatory approval.
