Ansa McAL Limited -Interim Dividend Payment Announcement

On August 10, 2018, the Board of Directors of ANSA McAL Limited declared an Interim Dividend of $0.30 per ordinary share. This dividend is payable on November 8, 2018 to shareholders on record at close of business on October 25, 2018.

RECORD DATE AND CLOSING OF THE REGISTER
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Companies Act (Chap 81:01) the Directors have fixed October 25, 2018 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders who are entitled to receive the Interim Dividend.

The Register of Members will be closed on October 29 to October 30, 2018 for processing of transfers to facilitate payment of this Dividend.
