Resolution of the Board of Directors or First Caribbean International Bank Limited (“the Company”) held on Wednesday August 22, 2018

Resolved that an interim dividend of US$0.0125 United States cents per share for the nine months ended July 31, 2018, be declared on the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company and paid on Friday September 28, 2018 to shareholders of record as at September 3, 2018.
