Dividend Announcement

Based on the unaudited financial results for the half-year ended 30th June 2018, the Directors have approved the payment of an interim dividend of TT$0.08 per share. This dividend will be paid on Monday 10th September, 2018 to shareholders on record at the close of business on Tuesday 28th August, 2018.

Record Date and Closing of Register

Notice is hereby given that the Directors have fixed Tuesday 28th August, 2018 as the record date for payment of the interim dividend.

The transfer book and Register of members will be closed on 29th August and 30th August, 2018 for processing of transfers to facilitate payment of this dividend.
