ANSA McAL Limited ("ANSA"), in support of its continued growth objectives in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider region, has recently entered into a joint venture agreement with MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Fund ("MPC CCEF"), MPC CCEF is MPC Capital AG's regional investment platform for renewable energy.
 

MPC Capital AG is an international asset and investment manager for real asset investments. Together with its subsidiaries, the company develops and manages real asset investments and investment products for international institutional investors, family offices and professional investors. Its asset categories of focus are Real Estate, Shipping and Infrastructure. MPC Capital AG is listed on the stock exchange (MPCK) since 2000 and has around 270 employees group-wide.
 

ANSA and MPC CCEF have entered this joint venture to invest in the operational 21MW wind farm, Tilawind, located in Tilaran in the Guanacaste province, Costa Rica. Tilawind is the first acquisition of its type for ANSA and the second for MPC CCEF. The wind farm has been in operation since 2015.
