One Caribbean Media Limited - Notice of Change in Director

Pursuant to Section 64(1) (b) and (c) of the Securities Act

One Caribbean Media Limited announces the following with effect from June 7^th 2018:

• Mr Harold Hoyte who served on the Board of Directors for twelve years retired after the expiration of one year from the last Annual Meeting.
   
• Mrs. Renee-Ann Kowelssar was appointed as a Director to the Board of One Caribbean Media Limited.
