Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited - Delisting of Shares

309,258,639 Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited (SIJL) will be de-listed from the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) effective Wednesday 21st February, 2018.

The de-listing order was granted pursuant to an application for de-listing made by the TTSE following SIJL’s execution of its Scheme of Arrangement (SOA) which resulted in the cancellation of all outstanding and publicly traded shares in SIJL (except those held by Scotia Group Jamaica Limited).

On January 31st 2018, the Board of Commissioners considered the application and approved the de-listing.
