SEC authorizes Stock Exchange to de-list BWIA

In the matter of an application by the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange to the Securities & Exchange Commission for an Order authorizing the de-listing of BWIA West Indies Airways Limited, it was ordered that:

1. The Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange is authorized to de-list the shares of BWIA admitted for quotation by it;
2. That this order took effect on the 22nd day of December, 2006.
