TCL - Notice of Annual Meeting

Trinidad Cement Limited informed the Stock Exchange that its Board of Directors has fixed Friday October 12, 2012 as the date for the Company’s Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Training Room, TCL Compound, Southern Main Road, Claxton Bay at 4:30 p.m.

The Directors have also fixed September 3, 2012 as the record date for shareholders entitled to receive notice of the meeting.
