FCI - Appointment of General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on June 8, 2012, the Board appointed Mr. Brian H. Clarke as its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary effective June 8, 2012 subject to regulatory approvals.

Mr. Clarke fills the role previously held by Mrs. Ella Hoyos, who is now FirstCaribbean’s Managing Director Human Resources.
