FFL - Changes in Management

Flavorite Foods Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that Mr. Godfrey Bain has retired as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from April 30, 2012. Mr. Bain will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company in the capacity of Non-Executive Chairman.

Furthermore, Mr. Louis Stefan Monteil was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from May 1, 2012.
