Republic Bank Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that at a Board Meeting on March 21, 2012, the following dates were considered and approved relative to the payment of an interim dividend for the half year ending March 31, 2012:-

Closing of Register/Record Date : May 15, 2012
Payment of Dividend : May 29, 2012
