GKC - Consideration of Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors will, at a meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 28, 2012, consider a resolution for the declaration of an interim dividend to be paid in May 2012.
