Neal & Massy unveils new appointments

Neal & Massy Holdings Limited has announced new appointments to its Board of Directors. Earl Boodasingh, Group Executive Vice President, Paula Rajkumarsingh, Group Chief Financial Officer and G. Anthony King, Group Executive Vice President were appointed as Executive Directors. Sir Allan Fields, former Chairman of BS&T and Geoffrey Cave, Chairman, Cave Shepherd & Company Limited in Barbados, were appointed as Non-Executive Directors.

Earl Boodasingh is currently the Executive Chairman of Neal & Massy's newly-formed Distribution, Food Manufacturing & Logistics Regional Business Unit. He served as CEO for both the Hilo and Marketing & Distribution divisions and as Chairman of the Neal & Massy Automotive & Industrial Equipment Business Unit. In 2007, he assumed the position of Executive Chairman of the Group's Retail, Distribution & Logistics Business Unit, which was recently restructured to incorporate subsidiaries of BS&T.

Paula Rajkumarsingh is a Corporate Financial Executive with over 10 years of experience at a senior management level. She is currently a Director on the Parent Board of FirstCaribbean International Bank in Barbados and is on the board of the subsidiary FirstCaribbean International Bank (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited. She is also a Director of a private Equity Fund (DevCap) and served on the board of Sugar Manufacturing Company for four years.

G Anthony King served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Barbados Shipping & Trading Company Limited (BS&T) since October 1, 2004. King is also a Director of several other publicly traded companies in Barbados such as Banks Holdings Limited, Almond Resorts Inc. and the Barbados National Bank. He is the Chairman of the Tourism Development Corporation in Barbados and a Director of the Barbados Private Sector Association. He is a Past President of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce & Industry and is a Director of the Caribbean Association of Industry and Commerce (CAIC).

Sir Allan Fields is the Chairman of Banks Holdings Ltd, Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Ltd, and Barbados Dairy Industries Limited. He was a Director of Neal & Massy from 1998 until his resignation in 2007. He served on a number of private and public sector organisations in Barbados including the Barbados Manufacturers Association and the Employers Association, the National Insurance Board, the YMCA and the Master Brewers Association of the Americas.
