Pursuant to Section 64(1 )(b) of the Securities Act 2012, Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited wishes to announce the following change of Senior Officers:

Effective the 16th day of March, 2025, the period of Administrative Leave of Mr. Niegel Subiah, Vice President - Business Services, is extended from the 16th day of March, 2025 to the 02nd day of May, 2025.

Effective the 16th day of March, 2025, the period of Administrative Leave of Ms. Richelle Lyman, Corporate Secretary, is extended from the 16th day of March, 2025 to the 02nd day of May, 2025.

Effective the 16th day of March, 2025, Mrs. Deera Goorahoo-Ramdeo - Manager Finance, will continue to act in the position of Acting Vice President - Business Services until the 02nd day of May, 2025.

Effective the 16th day of March, 2025, Mr. Clint Duncan, Manager, Cargo Handling, will continue to act in the position of Vice President - Port Operations, until further notice.

Effective the 16th day of March, 2025, Mr. Deoraj Mahase, Manager, Planning will continue to act in the position of Vice President - Technical Services, until further notice.
