Massy Holdings Ltd. - Notice of Change in Senior Officer and Director

The Board wishes to advise that Mr. E. Gervase Warner, President and Group Chief Executive Officer, has undertaken to proceed on early retirement from the Company and retire from its Board of Directors effective April 06, 2024.

The Board is also pleased to advise that Mr. David Affonso, Executive Vice President and Executive Chairman Integrated Retail Portfolio, will replace Mr. Warner as President and Group Chief Executive Officer effective April 06,
2024, while continuing in his current role.

The Chairman and the Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Warner for his many years of dedicated service to the Group.
