DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

National Enterprises Limited is pleased to announce the payment of a second interim dividend of $0.25 per share to be paid to Shareholders on the register as of September 7, 2022. The dividend will be paid on September 28, 2022.

CLOSURE OF REGISTER

In order to facilitate the payment of dividends, the register will be closed on September 7, 2022, dividends will be paid on September 28, 2022.
