National Flour Mills Limited - Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Forty-Ninth Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) will be held on Friday 1st July 2022 at 10.00 a.m. virtually and in the Ballroom, Trinidad Hilton and Conference Centre, Lady Young Road, Port of Spain.

Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting virtually will be required to preregister for the meeting during the period Monday 27th June 2022 to Wednesday 29th June 2022. To pre-register, shareholders are required to contact the persons listed hereunder in the Company’s Corporate Office to provide their names, addresses as listed in the Shareholders’ Register, email addresses and contact numbers between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.:
