Republic Financial Holdings Limited - Dividend Notice 2018

The Board of Directors has declared a final dividend of $3.15 per share, bringing the total dividend for the year ended September 30, 2018, to $4.40 per share. The dividend will be paid on December 3, 2018, to shareholders on record, at the close of business on November 19, 2018.
