Prestige Holdings Limited - Notice of Final Dividend Payment

Prestige Holdings Limited wishes to advise that at the Company's Annual Meeting, held on April 25, 2018, it was resolved by the Shareholders of the Company that the proposed Record Date for the determination of the shareholders, entitled tp the payment of a final dividend of twenty cents (20 cents) per share, was set for May 7, 2018 with the actual payment being made on May 17, 2018.
